As President of Deluxe Systems of Florida, Saul is driving a renewed focus on growth while reinforcing this 35+ year-old materials handling company’s emphasis on high-quality products, excellent service, and unparalleled value to customers.

Prior to joining Deluxe Systems, Saul spent his decades-long career helping Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries improve their management practices, operational capabilities, and bottom lines.

Saul received a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from Rutgers University, where he studied Computer Science and Economics. He also earned a Master of Project Management (M.P.M.) degree from Western Carolina University.

Joe Caputo

Joe has been developing Deluxe Systems of Florida wholesale division for the last six years, providing material handle products to distributors statewide.

Prior to joining Deluxe Systems of Florida, Joe spent 5 years distributing equipment and supplies to customers in the state of Florida with MH Sales & Equipment. From 1993 to 2009, Joe worked for Wesco Industrial Products. Starting in the warehouse, working on fabrication of material handling. After 3 years was moved into the office to do inside sales and customer service. From 1998 to 2009, was a regional sales manager covering 20 states.

Joe studied Mechanical Engineering and Education at Penn State.

Flobert Mertilus

Flobert Mertilus is Deluxe Systems’ draftsman and sustainable construction designer. Flobert is a professional with several years of experience as a draftsman assisting with the design of custom, high-end and small-scale commercial projects.

In his capacity, Flobert develops 2D & 3D drawings reflecting design concepts for our clients in order to have an excellent visual representation of their projects in the developmental stages. In addition, he continues to work diligently on the detailed construction drawings in compliance with local government codes and requirements for our company.

Flobert received his AA., AS Architectural Design & Construction Technology (AS. ADCT), Drafting and AutoCAD Certifications from Hillsborough Community College in Tampa.

Tony Belk

Back where it all started: Tony has rejoined Deluxe Systems of Florida to head up our Automotive Department. With more than 25 years experience in Designing, Implementing, Installing and Sales of Automotive Storage Products, Tony has cultivated customers from Richmond VA to Miami FL to Houston TX. He has worked extensively with Architects and Builders alike from concept to completion, specializing in the design and sales of Rousseau Products for the past 20+ years.

Earlier, Tony worked in NASCAR with Sabco Racing and E-Business with BetterCarPeople, the leading Virtual BDC provider in the USA.

Martha Ackovitz

Driving administrative efficiency and effectiveness is Martha’s focus at Deluxe Systems of Florida. Her primary objective mirrors the sales and installation teams: providing Deluxe Systems’ customers with a world-class customer service experience.

Most recently Martha held the position of general manager for a Clearwater manufacturing company where she was responsible for all aspects of daily operations, leading a staff of twelve. She brings 30 years of experience to Deluxe Systems, 25 of which were with large financial institutions like BB&T Bank, where Martha supported the governmental finance and legal departments.

Martha earned an associate degree (A.A.) in Business Administration from Madison College.

David Shank

Dave spent 33 years developing Deluxe Systems of Florida into what it is today: a premier provider of material handling systems design and installation. Under Dave, the company focused on maximizing space utilization and flow productivity for industrial and commercial businesses, delivering unrivaled value for customers.

Dave remains connected to the company in a consulting role as he spends more time with family and friends around the country.

Prior to joining Deluxe Systems of Florida, Dave spent 14 years distributing and installing equipment and supplies to customers in the automotive industry.

Dave was originally raised on an Ohio dairy farm, where he learned a wide variety of practical problem-solving skills that he has applied to customer solutions throughout his career. Dave studied Architecture at university, after which he moved to warm, sunny Florida for life!
