Damaged Shipments
We inspect all orders shipped from Deluxe Systems distribution centers prior to release. To protect your interests,
it is strongly suggested that before accepting goods from a transportation company, be sure each itemized article is received as per original bill of lading and our packing list.
If there is any shortage or damage, have the agent of the carrier, or his representative, state in writing on the freight bill(s)
exactly what the shortage or damage is before accepting the goods.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to submit its claim directly to the common carrier.
All returns of damaged goods must be cleared with Deluxe Systems in advance of return.
