Purchase Terms

Sales are Net 10 Days to established Deluxe Systems customers with approved credit. New or non-established customers have these options:
1. Pay via Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
2. Cash in advance (business or cashier's check, money order).
If you are paying with a credit card, we will charge your card upon approved order. Adding items to your order does not charge your card until you approve the shipping, tax and other final charges.

If you are paying with a check, we will ship the order upon receipt of a check in our offices. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month, or the maximum allowed by law, on the unpaid balance will be charged on all accounts not paid to our terms as specified. Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorneys fees should contract be referred to an attorney for collection. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The parties hereby consent to jurisdiction and venue in Hillsborough County, Florida and agree that such jurisdiction and venue shall be the sole and exclusive for any and all actions or disputes related to this agreement or any related instruments. In the event of any litigation between the parties arising out of this agreement or the collection of any funds due buyer or seller pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs, including with out limitation, reasonable attorneys and paralegal fees and costs, whether fees and costs are incurred at trial, on appeal or in any bankruptcy proceedings. All bonds and permits are the responsibility of the customer.
